Join Dr Ceri Thomas, curator of Shaping Wales, for a talk about the exhibition.
The exhibition celebrates the Glynn Vivian Art Gallery’s first two full-time curators and their pioneering leadership of the gallery’s exhibitions, collections, and acquisitions programmes in the 1950s and 1960s.
Shaping Wales, focuses on the key roles’ curators David Bell (1915-1959) and Kathleen Armistead (1902-1971) played in establishing and developing Wales’ contemporary art scene.
